Important Summary

Auction Command Center (“ACC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Danny McCargar. This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected and handled through auctioncommandcenter.app, the Auction Command Center 2026 Founding Edition, checkout and fulfillment, contact and support communications, forms, beta activities, and website analytics.

The Product primarily operates inside a customer-controlled Google Sheets workbook. Authorizing the Product does not, by itself, send the contents of that workbook to an ACC-owned server. ACC receives workbook content only when a customer deliberately sends specific information, screenshots, or a diagnostic copy for support, testing, or another clearly stated purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it to build advertising profiles.

1. Scope

This Notice applies to personal information handled through:

• auctioncommandcenter.app and its public pages;

• website analytics and security functions;

• contact, beta, feedback, marketing-consent, and support forms;

• email and support communications;

• the 2026 Founding Edition Google Sheets and Apps Script product;

• Google authorization and related product operations;

• Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout, order administration, refunds, and delivery coordination; and

• customer-license, disclosure, terms-acceptance, entitlement, and support records.

This Notice does not replace the privacy notices of Google, Framer, Lemon Squeezy, or another third-party service. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Who Is Responsible for This Notice

Danny McCargar operates Auction Command Center and is responsible for the ACC-controlled processing described in this Notice. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@auctioncommandcenter.app.

The final customer-terms package must use the same seller, operator, licensor, and privacy-controller identities consistently. If the approved operating identity changes before publication, this Notice must be updated before personal information is collected under the changed structure.

3. Information We Collect

A. Website and Technical Information

When you visit the website, ACC and its service providers may process technical and usage information such as:

• IP address or information derived from it, including approximate location;

• browser, operating system, device type, language, screen size, and similar technical details;

• pages viewed, links selected, referring page, campaign parameters, and visit timestamps;

• checkout-button selections, form starts, form submissions, and other defined site events;

• cookie, consent, and analytics identifiers where permitted; and

• security, availability, error, and anti-spam information.

B. Forms, Email, Beta, and Support

When you contact us, request support, participate in testing, provide feedback, or submit a form, we may collect:

• name and email address;

• subject, message, questions, and requested action;

• Product release, browser, Google account type, league configuration, and reproduction steps;

• screenshots, files, diagnostic copies, and other materials you choose to provide;

• beta eligibility, availability, feedback, and participation records;

• testimonial or marketing consent, when requested separately;

• form source, page, or campaign information; and

• correspondence, resolution, and follow-up records.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification, health information, or unrelated sensitive information through a form or support message.

C. Checkout, Orders, and Fulfillment

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and operates the hosted checkout. It may collect information such as name, email address, billing address, country, postal code, tax information, payment information, fraud-prevention information, and purchase details under its own privacy notice.

ACC does not receive full payment-card numbers. ACC may receive or access limited order and customer records needed to administer the purchase, including:

• customer name and email address;

• order, customer, product, and variant identifiers;

• order date, amount, currency, tax, discount, and payment status;

• country, postal code, or other limited billing information included in order records;

• refund, dispute, chargeback, and delivery status;

• license, entitlement, receipt, or customer-portal information; and

• accepted terms and disclosure version identifiers, plus the privacy-notice version presented with the purchase.

D. Product and Google Authorization Information

The 2026 Founding Edition is delivered as a Google Sheets workbook with bound Apps Script functionality. The production release is designed to request only:

• permission to view and modify the Google Sheets file in which the Product is running; and

• permission to display the Product’s container-bound user interface.

The Product uses those permissions to provide documented customer-facing features such as setup, configuration, imports, calculations, draft transactions, reset and recovery workflows, and in-sheet dialogs.

Customer-entered player data, values, rankings, tiers, league settings, owner information, budgets, bids, rosters, notes, and draft records ordinarily remain in the customer-controlled Google Drive and spreadsheet environment. ACC does not operate a central database that automatically receives or synchronizes those workbook contents.

Google may process authorization, execution, diagnostic, security, and service information as part of Google Sheets, Drive, Apps Script, Google Cloud, and related services. ACC must not intentionally place customer-entered workbook content in application logs, analytics, or error messages.

E. Marketing and Updates

If you separately choose to receive marketing, launch, or Product-update messages, we may collect your email address, subscription status, consent record, message interactions, and unsubscribe status. Product-support or transaction messages are not treated as marketing merely because they concern a purchase.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and Product;

• provide requested information, support, troubleshooting, and customer service;

• process and administer orders, entitlements, refunds, disputes, and delivery;

• verify the contractual and disclosure versions accepted with a purchase and the privacy-notice version presented;

• communicate about Product access, material changes, security, support, and transactions;

• administer beta testing, feedback, and separately authorized testimonials;

• measure site traffic, acquisition sources, checkout starts, purchases, and customer-journey events;

• detect spam, fraud, misuse, defects, and security incidents;

• maintain business, accounting, audit, and legal records;

• enforce customer terms and protect rights, safety, and property;

• comply with legal obligations and lawful requests; and

• send marketing messages only where permitted and with the required choice or consent.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate business interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

5. Google Workspace API Data and Limited Use

ACC’s use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace data is used only to provide or improve visible customer-facing Product functions. ACC does not sell Google Workspace data, use it for targeted advertising, transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train a generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.

ACC personnel will not access the contents of a customer’s workbook through Google authorization. Human review occurs only when:

• the customer affirmatively sends specific content or a diagnostic copy for support, testing, or another stated purpose;

• access is reasonably necessary to investigate security abuse;

• access is required by law; or

• information is aggregated and de-identified for legitimate internal operations where permitted.

Customers must receive a clear, in-context disclosure immediately before Google authorization explaining the permissions requested, why they are needed, and how Google user data is handled. That disclosure cannot be provided only through this Privacy Notice.

6. Website Analytics and Cookies

The launch site may use Framer’s hosting, security, form, and privacy-focused analytics functions. Framer may process technical request and site-usage information under its own terms.

ACC also intends to use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand visits, traffic source, checkout starts, purchases, support submissions, and other approved customer-journey events. GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies and may process device, browser, event, referral, campaign, and coarse location information. Google uses IP addresses during collection for service operation and location derivation and states that raw IP addresses are discarded rather than logged in GA4.

ACC will configure GA4 to minimize data collection. The approved launch configuration will:

• use a 14-month user-level data-retention setting;

• disable Google Signals;

• disable advertising personalization;

• avoid links to Google Ads or other advertising platforms;

• avoid User-ID and other cross-service identity features;

• prohibit names, email addresses, order details, workbook content, and other personal information in event names, URLs, parameters, or page titles;

• limit granular location and device collection where practical;

• filter internal business traffic where practical; and

• use consent controls where required so analytics does not run before the required choice is made.

You may be able to restrict cookies through your browser or use available consent controls. Disabling analytics technologies should not prevent access to core website information, although some measurement and preference functions may be unavailable.

7. How We Share Information

ACC may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories:

• Framer, for website hosting, forms, security, and related site functions;

• Google, for Google Workspace, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Apps Script, Google Cloud, and GA4;

• Lemon Squeezy, for hosted checkout, merchant-of-record services, payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, disputes, and order administration;

• Cloudflare, for domain, DNS, and related infrastructure services;

• an approved email-list provider, but only after that provider is selected, configured, and added to this Notice before marketing collection begins;

• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or contractors who need information for a legitimate service and are subject to appropriate obligations;

• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; and

• a successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

ACC does not sell personal information and does not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

8. Data Retention

ACC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, subject to legal, security, accounting, and dispute requirements. The approved operating schedule is:

• GA4 user-level and event-level data: up to 14 months;

• website security and operational logs controlled by ACC: generally up to 12 months, unless needed for an incident;

• contact and general inquiry records: up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication;

• beta applications, participation records, and non-public feedback: up to 24 months after the beta program or last meaningful interaction;

• support correspondence: up to 24 months after the support matter closes;

• customer-provided diagnostic files, screenshots, or workbook copies: delete within 30 days after the support or testing matter closes, unless the customer requests earlier deletion or continued retention is necessary for a documented dispute or legal obligation;

• order, refund, chargeback, entitlement, accepted-terms, and accounting records: generally up to 7 years after the transaction or final resolution;

• marketing subscription records: until unsubscribe or withdrawal, with a limited suppression record retained as needed to honor the choice; and

• customer workbook content in Google Drive: controlled by the customer and retained until the customer deletes it or Google applies its own retention rules.

Backups and provider-controlled records may persist for a limited period after deletion under provider backup, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal-retention practices.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. ACC will also make reasonable efforts to honor these requests even where a specific privacy law does not require the full right.

You may:

• email privacy@auctioncommandcenter.app to make a privacy request;

• unsubscribe from marketing using the unsubscribe method in the message;

• withdraw a consent where processing depends on consent;

• revoke Product access through your Google Account permissions;

• remove collaborator access and delete your Product workbook from Google Drive;

• request deletion of support materials you voluntarily supplied; and

• ask ACC to reconsider a denied privacy request by replying to the denial.

ACC may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Some records may be retained where necessary to complete transactions, detect fraud, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with law, or document that a request or unsubscribe choice was honored. ACC will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Security

ACC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled. These measures include controlled business accounts, multifactor authentication, least-privilege Google authorization, authenticated business email, access controls, backups, vendor security settings, and procedures limiting support access to information deliberately provided by the customer.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your Google account, email account, devices, passwords, working copies, collaborators, and backups.

11. International Processing

ACC and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, ACC and its providers will use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

12. Children’s Privacy

The website and Product are not directed to children under 13, and ACC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact privacy@auctioncommandcenter.app.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The website and Product may link to Google, Lemon Squeezy, fantasy platforms, data providers, social services, or other third parties. ACC does not control those services or their privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

14. Changes to This Notice

ACC may update this Notice when data practices, providers, Product functions, legal requirements, or business operations change. The current version and effective date will be published on the website. If a change materially expands the use of Google Workspace data or other personal information, ACC will provide appropriate notice and obtain new consent where required before applying the new use.
