Important Summary

These Website and Checkout Terms of Sale govern the purchase, digital delivery, and supplier commitments for the Auction Command Center 2026 Founding Edition. Danny McCargar, operating Auction Command Center (“ACC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the Product seller, supplier, publisher, and licensor. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the checkout transaction, payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes.

The approved offer is a one-time purchase of USD $49.99, limited to 100 completed paid Founding Edition orders. The Product is immediately delivered digital content licensed only for the 2026 NFL fantasy-football season. It is an engine-only, manually operated Google Sheets decision-support system that requires customer-supplied, authorized player and league data and manual draft entry. It does not include rankings, projections, live news, direct fantasy-platform synchronization, or guaranteed results.

All sales are final once digital delivery or access begins, except for the qualifying remedies stated in the Refund Policy or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A full refund, payment reversal, or successful chargeback terminates the Product license and all associated support, update, and future-edition discount rights.

1. Agreement and Incorporated Documents

By affirmatively accepting these Terms and completing a purchase, you agree to the following customer-terms package:

• these Website and Checkout Terms of Sale, version ACC-TOS-2026-1.0;

• the Customer License and Permitted Use Terms, version ACC-LIC-2026-1.0;

• the Product Disclaimer and Data-Limitation Disclosure, version ACC-DISC-2026-1.0;

• the Refund Policy, version ACC-REF-2026-1.0; and

• the Privacy Notice, version ACC-PRIV-2026-1.0.

The Privacy Notice is presented to explain data practices and is not itself treated as a customer contract requiring acceptance. The other documents govern the matters assigned to them and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to the applicable Terms of Sale and License Terms, or do not understand the material Product limitations and final-sale rule, do not complete the purchase or access the Product.

2. Parties and Transaction Structure

Danny McCargar, operating Auction Command Center, is the Product seller, supplier, publisher, and licensor and is responsible for the Product description, license, digital materials, supplier support, updates, and other ACC commitments stated in the customer-terms package.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the checkout transaction. The customer completes the payment transaction with Lemon Squeezy under Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms. Lemon Squeezy controls payment acceptance, currency conversion, tax calculation and collection, transaction confirmation, receipts, payment-method processing, provider-directed refunds, and chargebacks.

Lemon Squeezy’s merchant-of-record role does not transfer ownership of the Product or replace ACC as the Product licensor, publisher, and supplier. ACC cannot promise that Lemon Squeezy, a bank, card network, wallet, tax authority, or other payment provider will approve a transaction or complete a refund on ACC’s timetable.

3. Purchaser Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you purchase for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization; however, the Product license is issued only to the identified individual original purchaser unless ACC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete checkout and delivery information. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and Google account used for the purchase and Product operation.

ACC may refuse, cancel, or reverse an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, payment failure, pricing or configuration error, sales-cap enforcement, Product unavailability, prohibited use, provider direction, or inability to complete lawful delivery. If a completed order is cancelled before valid delivery for a reason not caused by the purchaser, the transaction will be refunded as required.

4. Founding Edition Offer

The 2026 Founding Edition offer consists of:

• one nontransferable personal license for the 2026 NFL fantasy-football season;

• the delivered Google Sheets workbook, bound or associated Apps Script functionality, formulas, models, documentation, and related materials identified in the purchase package;

• maintenance releases, defect corrections, compatibility fixes, and documentation updates made generally available through December 31, 2026;

• bounded email support through December 31, 2026 for setup, authorization, supported configuration, importing, and suspected Product defects, with a two-business-day response target that is not a guaranteed service level or resolution time; and

• a nontransferable 50% discount for the original purchaser on one 2027 Auction Command Center edition during the announced 2027 upgrade window, if a 2027 edition is offered.

The 2027 edition is not included free. The 2026 Product may not be operated for the 2027 or a later NFL fantasy-football season.

The offer excludes custom development, fantasy-football strategy consulting, proprietary player rankings or projections, live player news, direct fantasy-platform integration, automated bidding or nominations, support for unsupported league formats, and guaranteed live draft-night emergency response.

5. Price, Sales Cap, Taxes, and Payment

The approved price is USD $49.99 as a one-time purchase. The final checkout total may include applicable taxes, currency conversion, or provider adjustments shown before payment is submitted.

The Founding Edition is capped at 100 completed paid orders. Beta testers, refunded orders, internal purchases, and controlled checkout tests do not count toward the cap. ACC may stop accepting orders when the authoritative completed-paid-order count reaches the cap. A pending checkout, failed payment, abandoned checkout, or uncompleted order does not reserve a place in the cohort.

A completed paid order initially counts toward the cap. A fully refunded order, final payment reversal, or successful chargeback is removed from the count only after the provider status is final. A later repurchase is a new order and is subject to availability under the cap.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy using the payment methods and currencies it supports. ACC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

6. Order Formation and Electronic Records

Your order is an offer to purchase the Product under the customer-terms package. The order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and the Product or a valid delivery mechanism is made available, unless ACC or Lemon Squeezy gives notice that the order cannot be accepted.

You consent to conduct the transaction electronically and to receive checkout disclosures, terms, confirmations, receipts, delivery notices, support messages, and other transaction records electronically. You are responsible for retaining copies of the terms and records that apply to your purchase.

Electronic acceptance, provider records, order metadata, confirmation emails, delivery records, and Product access records may be used to establish the agreement and transaction history.

7. Immediate Digital Delivery

The Product is digital content intended for prompt delivery after a completed purchase. Delivery may occur through a Lemon Squeezy confirmation, customer portal, receipt link, license mechanism, email, Google Drive or Google Sheets access path, replacement file, or another documented method.

Delivery is complete when a functioning Product file, delivery link, portal entry, license key, or other access mechanism is transmitted or made available to the purchaser, whether or not the purchaser immediately opens or uses it. The purchase-complete redirect page is not the authoritative or exclusive fulfillment mechanism.

You request immediate delivery of the digital content. Once delivery, download, copying, authorization, opening, or access begins, the sale is final except for the remedies stated in the Refund Policy or nonwaivable legal rights.

You must provide a correct email address, maintain access to it, review spam or filtering folders, and promptly notify support@auctioncommandcenter.app if delivery is not received. ACC may resend, replace, or restore access after verifying the order.

8. Product Description, Requirements, and Limitations

The 2026 Founding Edition is an engine-only, manually operated Google Sheets decision-support system for live redraft auction or salary-cap fantasy football. The customer supplies and maintains player data, league settings, values, rankings, tiers, strategy inputs, and draft transactions from sources the customer is authorized to use.

The documented supported configuration is:

• live redraft auction or salary-cap fantasy football;

• non-IDP;

• 8 to 16 active teams;

• up to 24 roster spots per team;

• up to 400 draft transactions;

• standard offensive positions, documented FLEX roles, kicker, and team defense/special teams; and

• supported budgets, roster settings, import formats, and setup workflows described in the customer documentation.

Unsupported configurations include IDP, keeper or dynasty formats, contract or salary-retention formats, best ball, guillotine, snake drafts, automated platform integration, and undocumented roster or position structures. Technical operation in an unsupported configuration does not create a support obligation or expand the Product warranty or refund rights.

The Product does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, currency, legality, or suitability of customer data. It does not automatically translate league scoring into player projections or values. Successful import, validation, calculation, or operation does not establish that the data, assumptions, or resulting recommendations are correct.

The full Product Disclaimer and Data-Limitation Disclosure is published as a clearly separated section of the /legal/terms page and controls Product limitations, customer verification duties, non-affiliation statements, technical dependencies, and no-guarantee provisions.

9. License and Permitted Use

The Product is licensed, not sold as intellectual property. The Customer License and Permitted Use Terms, ACC-LIC-2026-1.0, govern the license grant, permitted copies, same-team collaboration, access controls, prohibited use, customer data, ownership, expiration, termination, and deletion duties.

The license is personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and limited to the 2026 Season. Active-use rights expire automatically at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 2027. After expiration, Product copies may be retained only as inactive personal archives or historical records and may not be operated for a later season.

You may not resell, sublicense, transfer, gift, publicly distribute, broadly share, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, expose protected components, or use the Product to create or improve a competing product except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Updates, Support, and Future Editions

ACC will provide the generally available 2026 updates and bounded support described in the approved offer through December 31, 2026. Updates may be delivered through replacement workbooks, patches, revised files, instructions, or another reasonable method. You are responsible for maintaining backups, installing updates, and following migration or recovery instructions.

The two-business-day response target is a goal, not a guaranteed response or resolution time. Support does not include guaranteed draft-night emergency response, custom development, unsupported modifications, strategy consulting, proprietary player data, third-party platform support, or repair of damage caused by unsupported structural edits.

ACC does not promise that a 2027 edition will be released. If it is released, the original purchaser’s approved 50% discount applies to one 2027 edition during the announced upgrade window, subject to the separate offer terms. The discount is nontransferable, has no cash value, and is terminated by a full refund, payment reversal, successful chargeback, or license termination.

11. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks

The Refund Policy, ACC-REF-2026-1.0, governs ACC’s voluntary refund commitment and operational eligibility rules.

All sales are final once digital delivery or access begins. ACC does not provide an unconditional post-delivery, change-of-mind, non-use, or satisfaction-guarantee refund period.

Qualifying remedies remain available for cancellation before fulfillment begins, non-delivery, duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized purchases, material misdescription, an uncured failure of documented core functions in a supported configuration after one reasonable cure attempt, provider or legal requirements, and a discretionary exception approved by Danny McCargar.

Requests based on non-delivery, material misdescription, or a core-function failure should be submitted within 14 calendar days after purchase. This reporting period does not limit nonwaivable rights, duplicate or unauthorized-charge claims, or Lemon Squeezy’s independent authority.

A full refund, payment reversal, or successful chargeback automatically terminates the Product license, access rights, support, updates, 2027 discount, and every other entitlement associated with the order. The customer must stop using the Product, remove collaborator access, and delete Product copies and extracted proprietary materials under the customer’s control, except where retention is required by law.

Customers should contact support@auctioncommandcenter.app before initiating a chargeback so ACC and Lemon Squeezy have an opportunity to correct a delivery, duplicate-charge, or qualifying Product issue.

12. Privacy and Customer Information

ACC’s collection and handling of personal information is described in Privacy Notice version ACC-PRIV-2026-1.0. Lemon Squeezy, Google, Framer, Cloudflare, and other providers process information under their own applicable privacy notices and terms.

Customer-entered workbook content ordinarily remains within the customer-controlled Google Drive and Google Sheets environment. Authorizing the Product does not, by itself, send workbook contents to an ACC-controlled server. ACC receives workbook content only when the customer deliberately sends specific information, screenshots, files, or a diagnostic copy for support, testing, security, legal, or another stated purpose.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or unrelated sensitive information to ACC. Remove unnecessary personal information before providing screenshots or diagnostic materials.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• reviewing the complete offer, requirements, limitations, license, refund policy, and privacy notice before purchase;

• using an eligible Google account, compatible browser, reliable internet connection, and required Google authorization;

• supplying authorized and suitable player and league data;

• confirming league scoring, roster rules, player identity, team, position, eligibility, official winning bids, budgets, and roster assignments;

• manually recording and verifying draft activity against the official league or auction platform;

• following documented setup, import, update, reset, recovery, and backup procedures;

• controlling Product copies and collaborators;

• avoiding unsupported edits, public sharing, unauthorized redistribution, and prohibited use; and

• making every final bidding, nomination, roster, and strategy decision.

The official fantasy platform and league rules control the league. ACC is a companion decision-support tool and does not replace the official platform or league commissioner.

14. Third-Party Services and Availability

The Product and transaction depend on third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Apps Script, Google Cloud, browsers, internet providers, email providers, fantasy platforms, and customer-selected data sources.

ACC does not control those services and does not guarantee their uninterrupted availability, compatibility, policies, prices, limits, or continued features. A temporary outage or third-party change does not automatically create a refund right if the Product remains substantially usable or ACC provides a reasonable workaround.

Your use of third-party services and data remains subject to their terms, permissions, licenses, and privacy practices. ACC does not authorize unlawful copying, scraping, redistribution, or use of third-party data.

15. Ownership, Feedback, and Non-Affiliation

Danny McCargar and applicable suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Product, including formulas, scripts, models, documentation, protected tables, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, excluding customer data and third-party materials.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, defect reports, or other feedback, the feedback license stated in ACC-LIC-2026-1.0 applies.

ACC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Football League, NFL Players Association, NFL teams, fantasy platforms, player-data or news providers, Google, or other referenced third parties. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

16. No Results Guarantee and Product Disclaimer

ACC does not guarantee player values, rankings, recommendations, maximum bids, nomination suggestions, warnings, calculations, roster validity, draft outcomes, league results, prizes, payouts, or performance compared with another method.

Outputs depend on customer data, formulas, thresholds, settings, assumptions, strategy, manual entry, and third-party information. The customer must critically review outputs rather than follow them automatically.

ACC is not a sportsbook or wagering service and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Nothing in the Product or customer materials should be treated as professional advice or a promise of results.

The complete Product Disclaimer and Data-Limitation Disclosure, ACC-DISC-2026-1.0, is incorporated into these Terms and must be reviewed before purchase.

17. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS DELIVERY, UPDATE, SUPPORT, AND QUALIFYING REFUND COMMITMENTS IN THE CUSTOMER-TERMS PACKAGE, THE PRODUCT AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ACC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

ACC does not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, browser, account, platform change, data source, or league configuration, or that every defect will be corrected. Unsupported modification, third-party failure, customer data, and customer operation remain outside ACC’s control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DANNY MCCARGAR AND AUCTION COMMAND CENTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, PRIZES, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL; LEAGUE OR DRAFT LOSSES; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT, WEBSITE, SUPPORT, OR CUSTOMER-TERMS PACKAGE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PURCHASE, THE PRODUCT, OR THE CUSTOMER-TERMS PACKAGE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or another nonwaivable consumer remedy.

Lemon Squeezy’s liability for its merchant services and checkout transaction is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and applicable law.

19. Suspension and Termination

ACC may suspend delivery, support, update access, or other entitlements while investigating suspected fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized distribution, security abuse, or a material breach.

The license automatically terminates upon a full refund, payment reversal, successful chargeback, expiration, or termination under the License Terms. ACC may terminate for material breach and may terminate immediately for unauthorized sale, public distribution, deliberate circumvention of protections, or use to create or operate a competing product.

Termination does not eliminate payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, recordkeeping, dispute, or other obligations that by their nature should survive.

20. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim against ACC, you and ACC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. The complaining party should send a written description of the issue, requested resolution, and relevant order information to support@auctioncommandcenter.app.

The parties will ordinarily allow 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt resolution, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, preserve rights, meet a filing deadline, respond to a payment dispute, or seek urgent relief.

This informal process does not restrict a customer from contacting Lemon Squeezy about the payment transaction, exercising a nonwaivable legal right, or seeking relief from a regulator or small-claims court.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and the ACC supplier and license relationship are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of the customer’s residence supplies a nonwaivable consumer protection.

Subject to applicable small-claims rights and nonwaivable law, legal proceedings against Danny McCargar or Auction Command Center must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Minnesota, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms separately govern disputes concerning Lemon Squeezy’s merchant services.

22. Changes to Terms and Offer

ACC may revise these Terms for future purchases, future editions, or future website use. The version affirmatively accepted with an order governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or the customer affirmatively accepts an amendment.

ACC may update the Product, website, documentation, or policies to correct errors, improve security, comply with law, or reflect provider changes, but will not retroactively reduce a material paid commitment without a lawful basis.

Material changes to the offer, price, refund model, license, Product scope, or customer data practices require corresponding updates to the applicable documents and checkout disclosures before the changed practice is used.

23. Order of Precedence

If the customer-terms documents conflict, the following rules apply:

• Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms control the merchant-of-record payment transaction, taxes, payment methods, receipts, provider refunds, and chargebacks;

• these Terms of Sale control the ACC offer, order acceptance, supplier delivery, updates, support, and general transaction commitments;

• the Customer License and Permitted Use Terms control Product use, copies, sharing, access restrictions, intellectual property, expiration, and license termination;

• the Refund Policy controls ACC’s voluntary refund eligibility, evidence, timing, and supplier workflow;

• the Product Disclaimer and Data-Limitation Disclosure controls Product limitations, dependencies, customer verification duties, and no-guarantee statements; and

• the Privacy Notice controls ACC’s handling of personal information.

A more specific term controls over a general term on the same subject. A nonwaivable legal right controls over every conflicting contractual provision.

24. General Terms

These Terms and the incorporated customer-terms package constitute the complete agreement between the customer and ACC concerning the purchase, delivery, license, and supplier commitments for the 2026 Founding Edition, subject to Lemon Squeezy’s separate Buyer Terms for the merchant transaction.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”

You may not assign or transfer the purchase, Product license, support entitlement, update entitlement, or future-edition discount without ACC’s prior written consent. ACC may assign the agreement as part of a legitimate sale, reorganization, or transfer of the Auction Command Center business, subject to applicable notice and consumer rights.

No person other than the customer, ACC, and an expressly identified beneficiary has a right to enforce these Terms. Lemon Squeezy’s rights and obligations arise under its Buyer Terms and merchant relationship.

Important Summary

Auction Command Center is a manually operated, Google Sheets-based decision-support system for live redraft auction fantasy football. The 2026 Founding Edition is an engine-only product: it does not include licensed player rankings, projections, auction values, tiers, maximum bids, or strategic player notes unless a delivered item expressly says otherwise. You supply and maintain the player data, league settings, strategy inputs, and draft transactions used by the Product.

The Product helps organize and evaluate information; it does not predict future performance, make decisions for you, connect directly to your league platform, or guarantee an optimal bid, roster, draft result, league finish, prize, or financial outcome. You remain responsible for checking your inputs, current player news, official league rules, platform records, budgets, rosters, and all final decisions.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Product Disclaimer and Data-Limitation Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains material limitations of the Auction Command Center 2026 Founding Edition (“Product”). It is intended to help you understand what the Product does, what it does not do, and which responsibilities remain yours.

This Disclosure supplements the Customer License and Permitted Use Terms, Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, and Support Policy. Those documents contain additional contractual terms, including formal warranty, liability, payment, refund, privacy, and dispute provisions.

2. Engine-Only Product

The Product is a decision engine and operating workbook. Unless expressly identified in the delivered customer package, the Product does not supply:

• player rankings or projections;

• market or platform auction values;

• player tiers or target grades;

• customer-specific maximum bids;

• injury, suspension, depth-chart, transaction, or breaking-news updates;

• proprietary player analysis or strategic notes; or

• a licensed feed from a fantasy platform, data provider, league, team, or news source.

You must obtain any player data or analysis you want to use from sources you are authorized to use. The usefulness of the Product depends substantially on the quality, completeness, timeliness, and suitability of the information you enter.

3. Customer-Supplied Data

You are responsible for selecting, obtaining, entering, importing, reviewing, and updating your data. This includes league settings, team and owner information, roster rules, position eligibility, scoring assumptions, player values, rankings, tiers, notes, strategy adjustments, budgets, nominations, winning bids, and roster assignments.

The Product does not independently verify that customer-supplied data is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or appropriate for your league. It does not translate or normalize league scoring rules into player projections or values; your selected source data and adjustments control those assumptions. Successful import, validation, or calculation does not mean that the underlying data is correct or that you are authorized to use it.

You must comply with the terms, licenses, subscription rules, and usage restrictions of each data source. Do not use the Product to copy, combine, publish, share, or redistribute third-party content in a manner that violates another party’s rights or terms.

4. Outputs Depend on Inputs and Assumptions

Product outputs are mathematical and rules-based results derived from the data, settings, formulas, thresholds, and strategy choices contained in your working copy. Incorrect, stale, incomplete, duplicated, mismatched, or improperly configured inputs can produce incorrect or misleading outputs.

A displayed maximum bid, recommendation, status, warning, scarcity indicator, inflation measure, opponent need, nomination suggestion, or other output is not an objective fact or prediction. It reflects the Product’s current inputs and programmed logic at that moment. A reasonable manager using different source data, assumptions, risk preferences, or strategy may reach a different conclusion.

You should review outputs critically rather than follow them automatically.

5. No Automatic Real-Time Data or Platform Synchronization

The 2026 Founding Edition is operated manually in Google Sheets alongside your league or auction platform. It does not automatically:

• receive live bids, nominations, sales, roster changes, or budget information from a league platform;

• submit bids, nominations, waiver claims, roster moves, or other transactions;

• update player news, availability, eligibility, projections, values, or rankings;

• reconcile its records against the official platform; or

• correct a missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate entry.

You are responsible for entering draft transactions accurately and promptly. Timing differences between the Product and the official auction platform may cause calculations or recommendations to be temporarily or permanently incorrect.

6. Supported Configuration Boundaries

The Product is designed for documented live redraft auction or salary-cap fantasy-football configurations using the supported non-IDP position model. The current tested envelope supports 8–16 active teams, up to 24 roster spots per team, up to 400 draft transactions, standard offensive positions, documented offensive FLEX roles, kicker, team defense/special teams, customer-configurable budgets, and the documented roster settings available through the Product’s setup workflow.

The Product is not designed or commercially supported for individual defensive player formats, keeper or dynasty leagues, contract or salary-retention leagues, best-ball leagues, guillotine leagues, snake drafts, automated platform integration, or undocumented position and roster structures unless a later written Product release expressly adds that support.

A workbook may accept a value or appear to calculate under an unsupported configuration without being accurate, complete, tested, or supported for that use. Technical operation does not expand the supported scope.

7. Decision Support Only; No Guaranteed Results

Fantasy-football outcomes depend on uncertain future events, including player performance, injuries, coaching decisions, transactions, league rules, opponent behavior, draft-room dynamics, and chance. No tool can eliminate that uncertainty.

The Product does not guarantee:

• the accuracy of a player value or recommendation;

• that a recommended bid is affordable, optimal, or successful;

• that a player will perform, remain healthy, retain a role, or stay eligible;

• that your roster will be legal, complete, competitive, or optimal;

• that you will win a bid, draft, matchup, league, prize, or payout; or

• that using the Product will produce a better result than another method.

The Product is not a sportsbook, wagering service, or source of legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules and laws applicable to any league, contest, entry fee, prize, or other activity in which you participate.

8. Your Final Decisions and Verification Duties

You control and are responsible for every nomination, bid, purchase, roster decision, and strategy choice. Before acting, you should verify relevant information against the official league or auction platform and other reliable current sources.

At minimum, you are responsible for confirming:

• league scoring, budget, roster, starter, bench, position, and eligibility rules;

• current player identity, team, position, availability, injury status, suspension status, and role;

• the official winning bid, purchaser, remaining budget, and roster assignment for each transaction;

• that your roster and remaining budget can legally complete the draft; and

• that the Product’s displayed state matches the official platform.

When the Product and the official platform differ, the official platform and league rules control.

9. Technical and Operational Limitations

The Product includes formulas, protected structures, and Apps Script functions. Unsupported edits, deleted formulas, renamed or deleted tabs, overwritten calculated cells, altered scripts, changed protections, incompatible extensions, blocked permissions, or bypassed workflows can damage or disable the Product.

The Product may contain defects or may not operate continuously, without delay, or without error. You should test your configured working copy before draft day, keep a clean backup, preserve periodic working backups, and have a reasonable manual fallback available during a live draft.

Recovery may require moving designated customer inputs into a clean replacement copy. Not every damaged or customized workbook can be repaired.

10. Third-Party Services and Compatibility

The Product depends on services and systems not controlled by Auction Command Center, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Apps Script, Google account authorization, supported web browsers, internet access, and your league, data, payment, and delivery platforms.

Third-party services may change their features, terms, permissions, quotas, security requirements, interfaces, supported browsers, or availability. Those changes may affect Product access, authorization, performance, compatibility, or functionality. Auction Command Center does not control or guarantee a third-party service and cannot guarantee compatibility with every future change.

You are responsible for maintaining a usable Google account, a compatible and reasonably current browser, cookies and JavaScript where required, reliable internet access, necessary permissions, and compliance with third-party terms.

11. Third-Party Data and Content

References to a data source, fantasy platform, league, player, team, or provider do not mean that the source has approved the Product or that its content may be freely copied or redistributed. Data providers may use different names, identifiers, positions, eligibility rules, projections, rankings, or auction-value methods.

The Product’s import, normalization, matching, or calculation features do not guarantee that third-party data will be interpreted correctly. You must review imported records, unmatched items, duplicates, position assignments, team-defense records, and other exceptions before relying on the resulting workbook.

12. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Unless expressly stated in writing, Auction Command Center and the Product are independent and are not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially connected to the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, any NFL team, any fantasy-football platform, any player-data or news provider, Google, or any other referenced organization.

Names, logos, trademarks, service marks, platform names, team names, player names, and other third-party identifiers belong to their respective owners. Their reference is for identification, compatibility explanation, or customer data use only and does not imply endorsement.

13. 2026 Season Limitation

The Product is the 2026 Founding Edition and is licensed only for fantasy-football activity based on the 2026 NFL season. Active-use rights expire at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 2027, as stated in the Customer License and Permitted Use Terms.

After expiration, an original purchaser may retain inactive personal archive copies only as allowed by the License Terms. Continued technical operation does not authorize use for the 2027 or any later NFL fantasy-football season.

14. Relationship to Advertising and Product Claims

This Disclosure does not permit marketing language to overstate, contradict, or conceal Product limitations. Material limitations must be presented clearly near the related claim on the sales page, checkout path, product comparison, demonstration, video, social post, or other customer communication.

A link to this full Disclosure is not a substitute for stating a material limitation directly when that limitation is needed to prevent a claim from being misleading.
